At Kudu Pets, we strive to deliver your order as quickly and safely as possible.

1. Shipping Partner

All orders are shipped using Aramex Door-to-Door Courier.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where available).


2. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.


3. Estimated Delivery Time

Our standard estimated delivery time is 8–12 business days from the date your order has been dispatched.

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.


4. Shipping Delays

While we work closely with our courier partners to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Courier operational delays
  • Severe weather conditions
  • Public holidays
  • High shipping volumes
  • Industrial action or strikes
  • Road closures or accidents
  • Customs or regulatory inspections (where applicable)
  • Other unforeseen events

Kudu Pets shall not be liable for delivery delays arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control. However, we will make reasonable efforts to assist customers in tracking their parcels and resolving delivery issues with the courier.


5. Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all delivery information provided at checkout is accurate and complete.

Kudu Pets is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional courier charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information supplied by the customer.


6. Failed Deliveries

If a delivery cannot be completed due to the recipient’s unavailability or incorrect delivery information, the parcel may be returned to us.

Any additional shipping costs required to resend the parcel may be the responsibility of the customer.


7. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive shipping confirmation and any available tracking details so you can monitor your parcel’s progress.


8. Delivery Areas

Kudu Pets currently delivers throughout South Africa.

Certain remote or outlying areas may experience longer delivery times than the estimated timeframe.


9. Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date or receipt of the parcel.

We will work with Aramex to investigate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution where applicable.
